Textured Ceiling

We finally got to texture the ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms. That is not an easy thing to do. Just add it to the list, of difficult things to do when fixing up a house. I guess anything on the ceiling is a pain in the you know what.

There are a couple of different textures you can put on your ceilings and walls. We have decided to go with  Orange Peel. It seems the secret to the perfect Orange Peel texture is in the mixing of the dry-wall mud and water. Too thick and it clumps on the wall, too thin and it ends up running down the wall. Its kind of a process, but once it dries, it looks fine even if its not perfect.

Now the next step is to paint! Yay!
